No physical packages, boxes, or parcels are shipped automatically as part of standard digital services.
2. Standard Service Turnaround Timelines
- U.S. Company Formation: State approval typically takes 24 to 48 business hours (depending on state expedited processing queues).
- IRS EIN Acquisition: Processing takes 7 to 14 business days via international IRS fax processing channels for non-residents without an SSN.
- Certificate of Good Standing: Delivered electronically within 24 to 48 business hours of state ordering.
- Articles of Amendment & Dissolution: Processed within 2 to 5 business days depending on state Secretary of State workflow.
3. Optional Physical Document Courier
If you require certified physical paper copies, apostilles, or gold-embossed corporate certificates, physical shipping via international express courier (DHL, FedEx, or UPS) is available upon request for an additional courier fee. Tracking numbers are uploaded to your dashboard upon dispatch.
4. Proof of Delivery & Fulfillment Confirmation
